2 - Company Registration

Trading or friendly name of the company for the app, report footer and emails

Is the company VAT registered?

The company website address, used in the footer of the report

Telephone number appears on the footer of the report

Email address for the company, used if online quote or booking emails are sent

First line of the company address

Second line of the company address

Third line of the company address

City of the company address

County of the company - used to setup a default region in Scafol

Postcode of the company address

The name of the company administrator

The first user who will be the company Scafol Administrator

The company logo appears on survey reports and emails

Please load your signed onboarding PDF accepting the Scafol terms and conditions, data protection policy and data processing agreement (from step 1)

Scafol comes with a set of templates for managing the agreement between your company and the client or customer to carry out a survey. Each survey type has a specific set of terms and conditions. The GDPR template is used to outline how the company will handle personal data. The invoice template is used to generate invoices for the surveys carried out.

Please indicate below if you would like to use some or all of the Scafol templates for your company. If you manage the client agreement for a job outside of Scafol you do not need to use the Scafol templates. You can ask for these to be setup at a later date if you are not ready yet. If you would like Scafol to use your terms documents then please do not select these options and contact support once your company is setup.
